Who we are
COVERLESS, a creative ecosystem based in Sofia, Bulgaria, is responsible for this website and for any information you send us through it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topic and your message.
We do not use accounts, newsletters, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to read and reply to your message, and to continue the conversation if you want to work with us. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Visitor statistics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to see, in total, how many people visit and which pages they view. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: visits are counted anonymously and cannot be linked to a person.
Who handles it
We work with a few trusted service providers: an email delivery service that brings your message to our mailbox, our email provider, and our hosting provider, which also provides the visitor statistics and keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. They process your information only on our behalf.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. When they do, it is protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. On request, we will tell you exactly which providers receive your data.
We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for our conversation, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, including for statistics, so there is nothing to accept or decline. Links to Instagram, Google Maps and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it, at any time. Just write to us at the address below.
You can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Changes
If we add something new, such as a newsletter, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where it is needed.
